Song, "When No One Listens" (been there done that?)

PeBailey, DcDeal, DCoonrod and KPeters have finally finished the song "When No One Listens". It is a progressive rock production with a theme we believe most of you will identify with. It reflects a journey through musical inspiration, the joy of creation, the anxiety of publication, the sometimes frustration of limited audience and finally back to musical inspiration. All pretty heady I know but .. well... we hope you like it!   Please listen and comment if you will and prove the song lyrics wrong .   When No One Listens

Mea Culpa with Nigel Potter

By songdoc, 2014-05-31

Nigel Potter wrote this song and asked me to arrange and produce it some time ago. I always felt my production didn't live up to the quality of his lyrics and melody so I have re produced it. I hope you enjoy.

"Open My Eyes" http://www.mixposure.com/david-c-deal/audio/17025/open-my-eyes-feat-d-coonrod-bass-p-tebar-vocals is a song of hope. Pete Tebar sang his heart out on this song. We hope you enjoy this work.

The Dream Video

By songdoc, 2013-11-18

Piyala, the incredible vocalist who put life into this song, has created a beautiful video  to accompany "The Dream". Could a songwriter be any luckier than me? The Dream (Video)

I have had the good fortune of Piyali offering to sing a new song of mine called The Dream. Talk about power vocals! I hope you like it.

I continue to have no way to contact you directly on Mixposure and it continues to not allow me to post a note on your page so I thought I'd use this and hope you see it. John, thank you very much for your recent kind and thoughtful review.   Dave

Who Stole Your Song

By songdoc, 2013-10-28
Who Stole Your Song

This song emerged out of "play therapy" sessions I did with a very brave young girl. It is dedicated to her. The song is a return to my acoutstic guitar, folk musical roots. I hope you enjoy. Dave
