Remember Me (Soundtrack 2013 project)

I have been hard at work now for a while building my 2013 soundtrack CD. Soundtracks and video game music have always been a huge part of my life and played a big part in getting me into music at a very young age. This is a life goal, has been a dream of mine and now i feel the time is right to create this CD. The CD will be both a collection of my own works and collabs with other artists and soundtracks musicians, a couple of work in soundtracks as a profession!!... there are also a couple of top mix artists working on tracks with me!!..

"Remember Me" is a end of game/credits ost or for the ending cut scene or story... The two CD album will feature a varied style of tracks... there will be an RPG Set and a General set of tracks, each one taking up a CD. Orchestral to Dubstep,Dance to Rock, its all there in soundtrack form!.

Hello... "Innocence Falls" was first recorded in 06. A studio master that was the title song of Carla's own album. Signed under the indie record label Melodrift. Well 2011, a new year and a new start. to launch the new"melodrift music" label and website both myself and Carla have decided to re-make Innocence Falls.

Dave has re-recored a brand new piece of music, Carla has re-recorded her vocals and R.Dezi has recorded a new to this remix, rap section. The full mixdown was done by Dave Meredith. The song can be heard at the link. I have also included a link to the new WIP "melodrift music" Indie Label website..

Hello

Ive just completed the final touches to "Eternal Desire" Ft "Essence" This mix is with a new set of verse drums. The original mix i will upload soon.. it has a different drum track..

Essence said to me that this song reminds her of the ocean.. its the way it sways, i have to agree. Delicate pads,cool bass, seductive drums and those subtle synths that make this track a cool easy listening,laid back track. Add to this Essence and her live vocal tones,seductive and melodic layers and we have a track that im happy to share with the people at Mixposure....

Hello. A nice way to start a new week is a new collab with Mixposure's "Alexis Van Eeckhout" may's artist of the month here at Mixposure.

I sent over a piece of smooth,sensual soul music to Alexis to see how he would feel about recording a tenor sax lead melody. Alexis has picked up his Tenor Sax and recorded a lead which has given this music a life and mood of its own.. Smooth,sensual,controlled sax playing with feeling and passion.

Hello

Im thinking of a 4 way mixposure collab (again)... "Wings of a dragon" worked so well and im working on another song at the moment...

Im happy to lay down a drum track and a basic keyboard idea (for melody)... Will need a guitar player (as im thinking rock track)... Bass player ( I can get one if no one here at mix fancies it?) and of course a vocalist/Lyrics writer..

Im happy to mix it all down, or at least have a go...but im also happy for one another person to work a mixdown ...

If interested, reply on this and we can see how it goes..

Hey guys...

I would just like to say that im so pleased i signed up to Mixposure. Ive met some great people, heard some great songs and worked with cool artists.. Everyone ive met so far has shown kindness and a great attitude towards my work which means alot to me.Constructive, praise and general comments are all appreciated and is taken on board where and when i can.

I wish i had more time to listen to more of your work and comment. Im thinking of trying to do 10-15 reviews a week as from jan 2011.... i really enjoy the varied style of songs and music that it hosted at Mixposure..

Just want to wish you all a merry xmas ... im sure booze will flow and loads of eating that extra bit more will dominate your festive times? and of course time with family and friends!.

New Releases!! - @dave-meredith

Hello

Today i have uploaded some new releases.. Well, 2 are re-releases with new mixdowns and re-worked music.

"YOUR WHISPERS" which is a song from DNA released about 10 months ago has had a new lick of life thanks to Joseph Rodriguez and his guitar!! I have also re-mixed the original vocals back into the track.

"2 become 1" is another "DNA" remake that i have added a new bassline,drums and keys and also re-mastered the whole track.

"MIND GAMES" is a new release featuring Lodato which has also gone onto my song page in the "Mezzer/Lodato" album section.. Alt/Rock song with an original and cool sound and alot of passion from Lodato.

Please enjoy these tracks, all free to download. Thank you to all that are involved..

Hello... The music "Slippin" needs a vocalist. Ive been told it would suit a female singer but if a guy feels he can do it then thats cool with me. I have lyrics which can be used but your free to write your own if you feel the need..

The song has an urban flavour but it also has very cool melodies and beats and is vocal friendly..

Please help me out if interested?.. I would hate to see this one slip away

Hello

I just wanted to say that some may know that i like to try and get round to review and listen to both new and old work here at Mix. The past few weeks i have been a little slow. Being in and out of work, looking again now and other family related things aswell as being bogged down with loads of new music and vocal tracks that ive yet to start mixing.... there just never seems to be enough time and i miss it... i enjoy the music here and i like to leave my thoughts and spend time listening to others work..

I would like to thank all the guys and girls who have taken time to listen to my work in my time here .. its always appreciated and im pleased if you enjoy my work and take a D/L to enjoy it more..

I will be back soon to my reviews
