What's in a name? Well, plenty--that is---if your name is LaDeana Michelle. Besides being beautiful, with the voice of an angel and endless talents that should have been honed at Julliard, this phenomenal woman is also a great cook. Sexy, smooth, smart, savvy and swift in the kitchen. We’ve been following the beauty over the 2008 holidays, since she turned up in her favorite waterside city of Tiburon, CA, followed by a brief sighting of her in Montecito, CA—home of Oprah Winfrey and other power-packed celebs. Maybe you caught a glimpse of her taking in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. We know someone was definitely up close and personal with her, when they stole her suitcase, at some point after Christmas, alongside Highway 5 (luckily there were no valuables inside). Despite preparing a large New Year’s feast of all the soul food one could eat, LaDeana Michelle is gearing up for her 2009 debut album release.

THAT is what we’ve been waiting for.

LaDeana Michelle’s highly anticipated 2009 debut album will show her depths as a songwriter, dynamically creative arranger and producer. Her most recent offering of “Believe”—still garnering rave reviews---surprised many people in 2008, over the Christmas holiday.

At the mere mention that “Believe” was going to deliver inspirational fumes, many expected the usual ballad covered in deep, sentimental syrup. What people received, was a head-nodding slow groove one can flip on in the car and ride to. Such is typical of LaDeana Michelle. Expect the unexpected, but expect to be pleased in the process.
