Hola gente, hace bastante que no actualizÁbamos con noticias de la banda. Pasó casi un año desde la última vez que nos conectamos con uds. Precisamente fue cuando lanzamos nuestro último single "To Far Horizons". Se preguntarán que hemos estado haciendo durante todo este tiempo. Ensayos semanales, enfocados en una playlist corta quizás, pero que suena ajustada. Mientras tanto, fuimos agregando viejas canciones al repertorio y, empezamos a tocar una que es totalmente nueva. Se llama "A Letter From The Past" y esperamos poder mostrarles pronto de lo que se trata! No todas las noticias son positivas... Debido a cuestiones personales uno de nuestros guitarristas, Fito Gallo dejó de ser un miembro estable de la banda. Sin embargo, puede ser que en el futuro reaparezca como invitado. Ok guys, it's been a while since our last update... Almost a year ago when we released the single "To Far Horizons". So... What happened until now??... We've been rehearsing weekly, trying to achieve a short tight playlist. In the meantime, we started to play a new song called "A Letter From The Past". We are very looking forward to show you how it sounds!! But It's not all good news. Due to personal issues one of our guitar players, Fito Gallo isn't a permanent member anymore, though he could join us in the future as a guest musician. TO FAR HORIZONS TRAILER IS ONLINE. - @the-abaddyon-project

This next Friday, September 21st, and as a celebration of the International Day of Progressive Rock, The ABADDYON Project will be releasing their new streamable single.

TO FAR HORIZONS is a strong and innovative bet from the South-american group that tries to merge in an unprecedented way the roots of Argentinian folklore, progressive rock, symphonic music and modern heavy metal, resulting in a track that has different textures, colors and feelings.

The lyrics are about finding and asserting an own artistic identity, and the cons of trying to do something different in this times, taking into account the origin of the project, music genre and the foreign language chosen.

Recorded and mixed between May and August this year at MIX Studios in Mar del Plata, this is the first song of the group to be produced 100% in a professional studio, unlike their predecessors, made in a more amateur way. It also has the first participation registered by the new members.

This way, Abaddyon steps forward in the recording quality, also testing new ways of working, achieving better results , in order to continue recording more songs soon.

Shortly you will also have access to alternate versions of this song.

But that's a surprise and you´ll have to wait ...

Hi guys!
In the past few weeks we were in the studio (first time ever)working on our next single, which will be part of our first album. The song is called "TO FAR HORIZONS" and the recording of all instruments was finished. Currently only the vocals remain to be recorded.
Each one of us have done a fantastic job and we can't wait to show you guys what it's all about.
Tomorrow begin vocals recording sessions so stay tune for more updates.

It's been 2 years... But now we're back stronger than ever with another prog song!

Also we're introducing A NEW MEMEBER... Franco Lo Turco with only 18 years old will add more guitars to our sound...

NEW MEMBERS: Abaddyon's getting bigger and stronger! - @the-abaddyon-project

Hello Friends!

I have the pleasure to anounce that we have 2 new members in our musical family. Two young but highly experienced musicians from Argentina, ready to bring some fresh air and professionalism to the band. On guitar the chosen one was ANTONIO TORRES, a 30 years old musician with an astonishing sound and a unique taste. Founder of the instrumental rock group QUATRO TORRES, and member since 2007 of the well known band DIOS LOS CRÍA.
On bass, the name of the new one is SEBASTIÁN SARTAL, with 32 years old and a lot of musical styles in his hands. Member of the Symphonic Orchestra of our town, Mar del Plata, and also with the tango sextet ABRAN CANCHA.

So... We are 6 now, and the future for The Abaddyon Project looks brighter. We are already rehearsing some new material and preparing the field for our first videoclip shooting, on next march.
