Hi!

It was a loooong saturday for Zeropage this weekend: 2 new tracks and 2 new videos!

What's interesting is that the arrangements were performed live on the Akai APC 40 and Novation Launchpad Ableton Live controllers. If you don't know these controllers you have to watch the videos!

Usually we upload chill out tracks, sometimes with a dance twist... But this time it's a pure dance track: "Hold On To Dreams (Filter Dance Mix)"

I tested ableton live software with the akai apc 40 controller, so this is kinda a first result... i think i have to check out this software a little more! the mix still needs some work... mastering process is a little bit different than in cubase which we are used to...

In the video clip you can meet "Zerobold", a funny guy that jumped out of my 3D software. He has a little dance performance in the clip. Don't expect too much, because i'm not a pro in 3D character animation... anyway, it dances!

First i thought it's a real drum, but it's to precise to be real. when the bass joins in, this gets quite percussive ... very cool track, nicely dark!

I noticed that there are several artists actually from outer space here on mixposure (including me of course...). So i started a new category in my Mixposure Photo Gallery: "Astronomy" which shows some pictures thru my new telescope. Well, I'm a astrophotography beginner, but I enjoy my spacewalks :D

Ambient Pills - @zeropage

Hi Blog readers!

We put up some tracks from our "Ambient Pills" albums, which you might have already heard on the previous Mixposure site. If you don't know our tracks, then you should give'em a try!

The tracks are usually very melodic with a choice of the finest synthetic sounds we could find. Sometimes, we blend in also "real" instruments (which of course are synthetic, too) to make the music just sound like "music" and not too "experimental". So even if you are not into electronic music, you might still like the tunes...

MicroJamic Demo 05
This is simply a Jam I did a few weeks ago. It is a bit more upbeat than the other tracks, so you might start with this one.

Ambient India
This is maybe our most popular track. It's a dance song with lots of Indian samples. Don't miss this!

Ambient Voyager
A trip right thru the rings of Saturn. There's a large transposition before the main piano line, which sounds quite interesting! I think i used 7 semitones...

Void Sensor
Similar to Ambient Voyager, but with a more electronic beat.

Gadgets Are Lonely Souls
Gadgets are waiting for fresh batteries... A newer track in Electro style and some vocals.
