The Table's Prepared
V1
The table's prepared,
We've butter and bread
A bowl of rich milk
Or berries instead
We'll treat you all kindly
And offer respect
Chorus
So ride from the shadows of rath, cave, and cairn
Let your horses come right to the door
The fire is bright, you'll be cosy and warm
And we’ll listen with love to your lore
V2
The Circle's prepared,
We’ll wait for you here
It’s been far too long
You’ve nothing to fear
No bell will alarm you
A drum’s waiting near
Chorus
So ride from the shadows of rath, cave, and cairn
Let your horses come right to the door
The fire is bright, you'll be cosy and warm
And we’ll listen with love to your lore
Bridge
Banished in the Burning Times
You lost the Ones who kept you real
But now in these returning times
We're learning to discern your signs
Chorus
So ride from the shadows of rath, cave, and cairn
Let your horses come right to the door
The fire is bright, you'll be cosy and warm
And we’ll listen with love to your lore
The fire is bright, you'll be cosy and warm
And we’ll listen with love to your lore

Hi Moe
Thanks again as always-I have a few new tracks that are back to my six minute prog days time will tell if you are still wanting longer tracks after them lol
I would listen to your music/songs no matter how long they are...6 minutes...10 minutes...15...& on & on.....as I find your music...your voice...your entire compositions...so soothing to my spirit...I find I need this more & more...of course, I love many genres of music....however, from time to time I need to have my spirit soothed.....if more people did this, perhaps we would live in a more peaceful world...
That would be the witch in me

Al, this is wonderful, very well produced and performed. I love the traditional instrumentation and your vocal performance is perfect.
Many thanks as always sir
Donna's got a way with words, I like the way they roll off your tongue. Sounds good, but if you're not content I want to hear where you take this
Hi Twank-won-t be taking it anywhere i'm afraid. My relationship with /donna was one of mutual respect and without her input the last agreed version will be the extant one-might re-use the tune though

A cool folksy ballad Al. Donna's lyrics are very good, very poetic. I like it all!
Cheers Farrell I have more of Donnas lyrics but since I have no extant contact with her there is only one more track of ours I can post I hope to do that soon
