March 20, 2003 the invasion of Iraq began. I sat there watching news reports. Suddenly, it occurred to me that the first day of war(s) always begin on sunny and blue sky days. As I sat watching, I...

I enjoyed the song Rich, has a nice spontaneous feel and free feeling energy and I liked the lyric a lot too.

Beautiful š¤©
Donāt get to visit here to often but this one dropped into my FB feed so I listened as itās such an interesting song to cover - based on how hard you rock Ron made my mind go into head cinema mode.
Itās a fantastic reconstruction of a fabled song that resonates so well - piano arpeggios are great building with the string arrangement until that soaring guitar lead picks up the main motif - beautifully done.
Itās a controlled trip letting the serenity of the original come through but adding that edge only a guitar played at the edge of oblivion can really convey.
The end a distinct refrain to the heart of the original.
I like it a lot great work Ron šš»
Thank you so much for your kind words!
