Between songs I like to take a few photos. This is one of the cows coming home. :-) They`re taken up to the Higher Alps in July and brought home at the end of September..This pic was taken from my garden last week..Last Saturday the big herds were brought down...They were all decorated with highly embroidered collars with HUGE bells hanging from them (The sound is incredible when they`re all together in a herd)

They had wonderful garlands of flowers and grasses attached to their horns and they looked so proud. It`s amazing to think that this is literally on our doorstep. Hope I don`t step in it. :-) Hahaha, lol. I wanted to make the pic bigger but don`t know how. :-( ehheee<br />

I think I may try uploading a few of the pics to my gallery then Gina..hehee...It`s not the sidewalk...ahaha, lol...It`s the road..:-)or, I think you may call it the highway...ehehee.. :-)

it was a gorgeous day, it`s been lovely for a while now...On Sunday we went for a walk a little ways up the mountain....A very gentle walk....The views when we got to where we`d decided to walk to were outstanding...We`re both agreed that we are blessed and feel very much like chosen people to be living here...People pay a fortune to holiday in places like this, we keep pinching ourselves in disbelief...ehheee
