I never said That you were still the same That I hadn't changed And we could live again You never said That you were gonna wait For that long lost day Where we could live again
And nothing could fix Make us change for what we did And nothing out there Will ever be the same No matter what we caused We'll get through it all No matter what they think We are what we are
Now the time is up We fell too far behind We couldn't get enough Now we can't make the wrongs right (We can't make the wrongs right)
And nothing could fix Make us change for what we did And nothing out there Will ever be the same No matter what we caused We'll get through it all No matter what they think We are what we are

your music is beautiful. Speaking from one artist to another. keep on writing all things will fall into place. your lyrics are incredible. its obevious you have a complexity of emotions happening and yet you channel them gently into peitic music. very well done.

Are you playing a 12-string guitar for this one? It has that full sound. Nice lyrics, very poetic and you have a nice voice that fit the songs well. As you know, the recording quality needs some work, but you may be in the same position as I am, and can't afford real quality equipment, so make due with what I have. I am a terrible singer (no modesty, just the facts, 'mam) but what I have found with acoustic guitar, you have to be really careful with adding reverb and echo to your recordings, it can get over-done easily (been there/done that). Also I found it helps to listen to your recordings on different pieces of equipment. Even with just my computer, I've listened to some of my music with just the headphones, and then when I adjusted it to just where I wanted it, I played it over the speakers and was horrified and had to change things back. But these are just suggestions, you definitely have talent and I hope to hear more of your songs.
