This collab is for Bobby & Steve who put their dedication into their great show on Mixposure. Sad to see them go, but they are onto big things and we are all proud. I talked with Bobby (Bubba) about doing this for a while, and we finally got her down. I got the bass, acoustic tack and drums and Bobbys vocals. I dusted off the harmonica, brought out the old country Fender Strat and the pedal steel and the midi-guitar for the fiddle parts for this one. Always fun and challenging doing multiple instruments in a track.
A great Nashville sounding song about growing up on the great Tennessee River. Thanks Bobby & Steve..Nashville gents, we're gonna miss ya'll. Comments always welcome.

"Tennesee River" is a great country tune, recalling the days of true country music. I'm pretty sure Waylon would love this tune. (With your forbearance, I've added a verse in my head when hearing the chorus... "Drinkin' rot gut and wreckin' our livers on the Tennesee River...".) Truly a song sung by a real man for real men!

I started playing guitar when I was 16 with a love for world music, latin and rock. I try to do something in almost every genre to be as rounded a player as I can ! I have been playing in various local bands for about 15 years. When the digital recording age came along I built a home studio and began to learn recording, Acid Looping and combining those elements together to create grooves and compositions. I have a business and a family but I continue to be a weekend warrior playing in a Classic Rock Band for fun and fuel my passion to write grooves, soundtracks, jingle bites and ambient compositions. This is my Hidden Mission !
I also want to thank Frank from Stratage Guitars for providing me the opportunity to own the finest tool for my music compositions. Whether you are playing live or in the studio, Stratage Guitars are nothing short of amazing. I love using my Averon Custom Shop in the studio. It produces any tonal possibility, from sparkly clean warmth to beefy blues tones, smooth jazz sounds, right down to heavy rock grit and everything in between. Stratage produces sonic technology and innovation that re-defines a guitar players true needs, beyond expectation. Truly the most versatile guitar I have ever had the pleasure of playing To learn more about these incredible guitars and basses, visit www.stratageguitars.com
