Bri-an has been around Mixposure long before cavemen were beating on animal skins for drums. His song "The Rat" has been an internet favorite for some time. I also had the pleasure of working with him on a song I wrote called "Desperate Man" which was nominated for 2 Grammies. Ok not even one Grammy but it sounded good!</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><a href="http://www2.mixposure.com/bri-an/">Bri-an</a> is a remarkable musician and is really multi-tallented with all of the instruments he plays. <p><img src="http://www.mixposure.com/images/mix_happy_new_year.jpg" alt="" width="540" height="405" /></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Happy New Year Everyone! 2010 was a great year for Mixposure and a wonderful year for me personally. Granted my job went to India but it allowed my family and I to move back to Denver which is really where we wanted to be. It is going to take awhile to get used to the cold here. It is a cool 10 degrees outside right now and I have lost all sensation in my toes but it is good to be home.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">I want to thank all of the Admins, Mods, DJ's and most importantly the members for being a part of Mixposure. Without you guys, it would be very lonely here! Your dedication is truly admirable. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">We keep growing every year and it just keeps getting better. The quality of musicians we have here is truly remarkable. Not to mention the fact that I have never seen so many people willing to lend their expertise to anyone. There is a saying that "knowledge is power" and most do not want to share that knowledge for fear of losing power. The members here share their knowledge like no others I have ever seen before so for that I thank you.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">I hope everyone had a great 2010 and my sincere condolences to those who lost friends and family in 2010. We now have a new year to look ahead to with new challenges and opportunities. <p>As promissed, the new song entitled "Destiny" is now available. I had to remove one of my oldest tracks to free up the required space, though. From now on I'll be keeping an archive on my yet-to-be-created youtube channel, of which I'll definitely let you all know when it's up. <br /><br />Going back to the title - Happy New Year. </p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Greetings everyone I am sorry i have been away for so long but I have news to report. &nbsp;Due to my job I injured my hand and I will not be playing guitar for a very long time. &nbsp;I have been diagnosed with trigger finger. &nbsp;I am also dealing with workers comp and fighting my place of employment for it. &nbsp;On Jan 10, 2011 I have to go see a hand specialist to find out what we can do for my hand. &nbsp;From what I have been told by other doctors two things will probably happen either injections in my left ring finger or surgery to fix it. &nbsp;The sad thing is this injury could have been prevented. &nbsp;Due to this injury and my work not making accomodations for me I am home. &nbsp;I am very thankful I have a lawyer to fight for me and I am a proud union member. &nbsp;My union is also aware of what has been done and is fighting for me too. &nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Right now what we have decided to do for LttD Scott will be taking over guitars and bass. &nbsp;I can still program and do vocal work. &nbsp;Scott has his work cut out for him and in the future we have to get him a left handed seven string. &nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Happy New Year!</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Kerrin</span></p>
