Hey Everyone!

Just to kind of touch base a bit more on the message I sent out yesterday. I like to post a blog to get some feedback if these are good ideas or bad! As mentioned, the song review process is very key to Mixposure. The goal is that if someone is reviewing your music, hopefully you are returning the favor!!

What we have decided to do is a little reward incentive for doing reviews. Nothing major but just a way for us to thank the members who are spending their time supporting the artists here through reviews. A few weeks ago we ordered some Mixposure Pens and Keychains that should be here next week. For members who do a 1000 reviews we will ship them a Free Mixposure Pen. Members hitting 5000 reviews we will ship them a Free Mixposure Keychain. For the existing members who have reached the first milestone, we will be shipping those to you when they come in. Hopefully we will add some other items along the way. We will add these new items to the Mixposure Store when they come in.

Also I wanted to point out something that I am sure many of you utilize. I am not able to always attend the radio shows. Even when I do, the chances of me making it from start to finish are slim to none with two kids. What I do try and do is download the replays to my iPod or even just listen to Mike's Center Stage Presentation reposts. Since we just added a Mixposure Mobile, you can also listen from anywhere you have an internet connection! I was listening to the replay of Gary Burris the other day and just amazed by the talent and how remarkable his commentary was.

Thanks for Supporting Mixposure!

Dazed

You immediately know in your soul, this is the destiny and direction, that music will take you next. That's a good first impression for Shaolin Temple Of Boom. A fast rising and passion driven, group of artists from Los Angeles California.

They are paving new ground with experimental material, but this is the grand experiment, that has become a grand success in music. That is why the title is, "Breathing New Life Into Music", because it just couldn't be said better than that. Their music covers a wide range from industrial synth, to somber and dark metal.

The Artistic power driving this steam roller, is the creative energy of David Alvarez, the wearer of many robes. Being the composer, vocalist, engineer, producer, guitarist and keys, David does it all and then some. When the time came to pass some of these details into capable hands, Dave chose artists of an equal caliber to himself. This is when Borja Rodriguez on Guitar, June Kato on Bass and Matt Lucich on Drums, joined the project. High caliber indeed. These fellows have sponsors and endorsements that count, by those who know what great music should sound like. Among them are, the Gap clothing, ENGL amplifiers and Sabian Cymbals, for starters.

I've been a silent and watchful fan of SToB for about 2 years now and I can safely say, new material never seems to stop coming from this group and it's always of epic proportions. There is never a mediocre song in the bunch. It's all great! SToB make you want the music. The attention to details and nuances in the musical expression will give you a sensation in sound that leaves you wanting more. Mood Metallic Symph, wouldn't be too far from the general description.

More exciting news, another new track is due for release in the coming weeks. Here is a quote from David, at SToB's Official Website:

" The new song by Shaolin Temple of BooM is coming along nicely, it will feature the piano as the main instrument and is an extremely experimental song which is probably the darkest thing I have ever written....I am very happy to announce that Chris Vrenna (Formerly of NIN, Marilyn Manson, and now in Tweaker and Waxploitation Records which is the label of Gnarls Barkley and Dangerdoom) will be mixing this track down."

If you want to know more about the Shaolin Temple Of Boom and would like to download there FREE music from TrueAnthem Music, you can visit these three sites for all the goodies:

http://www.shaolintempleofboom.com
http://www.myspace.com/shaolintempleofboom
http://www.trueanthem.com/Home

CHEERz from,

The Cryb Team

We are grateful that you stopped by to hear our upcoming artist music. Feel free to download his music for free and share it with every one you come in contact with. Please support this artist by posting widgets on your myspace-etc.

thank you.

An excellent hard rocker!

Gary Carciello - all guitars, songwriter, and drums programming.

Rob Grant - Bass guitar.

DrC - all keyboards, mixing, and production.

Farrell Jackson - melody, lyric, and vocal.

Gary's guitar work and writing on this song is stupendous....he's the man! Rob's bass adds a bit of funkiness to this rocker that makes one tap their feet in time. DrC's keyboards are always on fire and his very capable mixing and productions skills shine throughout!

When ever I get a song sent to me for vocal additions, as was the case with LUAM, they are so full of energy and finesse that it inspires another level of vocal performance from me or at least I like to think so, lol!

We hope you enjoy the song!

Farrell Jackson for CGDC&F
