Rayon Vert - Time Traveler

By Rob Grant, 2010-07-03
Rayon Vert - Time Traveler

DrC - song idea, all keyboards, drums programming, and mixing/mastering.

Gary Carciello - all guitars.

Rob Grant - bass guitar.

Farrell Jackson - melody, lyric, and all vocals.

About the song:

Time Traveler is quite a journey of a proggy song. It's more than 10 minutes in length and has an unusual chord structure with some cool tempo changes that will hold your interest throughout. You'll hear some excellent keys and drum programming from DrC, very creative and tastily placed guitars by Gary, and I've said this many times but Rob's bass playing and the structure/patterns he uses are never in the box which gives the song a great foundation. My melody and vocal ideas? Well....I just followed the unusual chord structure and this is what came about.

We hope you enjoy our song, Time Traveler!

Farrell Jackson for Rayon Vert
