The rock style synthesizer playing mixed with rich earthy guitars gives a fresh yet familiar feel. Musically Poison kissed mind is also meant to showcase the great soloing abilities of Massey. From unique rock synthesizer to his various guitar styles, Massey always tries to speak the same emotional content through instrumentation as he does through his lyrics.
