Autobiographical lyrics about my just starting out as a songwriter, then singer....

I liked this, a very biographical account of probably everyone who sets out on the path to being involved in music. Lovely vocal with a super delivery. Musically the backing just works for me. Really enjoyed hearing this one well done. Be back soon

This is excellent, an autobiographical account of almost anyone who takes up music in any way. Loved the lyrics, you put them over in an expressive style. Tremendous little song well done

Hi Cathy, such pretty guitar/mandolin? in this song. Your vocals are just lovely singing these lyrics that tell us a story of your life. Really enjoyed this sweet little song! Wishing you well, Melsi

I always like to mix my track with natural sound (like my old tracks Echoes of Dream, Grand Canyon and Oceanina), this has the same resemblems here. I believe you had used the mandolin in this track, sound so familiar to me. This is a perfect choice cause it always produces the brighest acoustic sound. As before, you produce such memorising music that heartfelt moments is anchored. Thanks for sharing such wonderful moments with your beautiful music.
With million of love from Singapore.

Some great guitar playing in this tune and nice job on the vox.

I Started later in life than most, writing and recording my own songs, and playing at local events. I live in rural Minnesota with few musical connections until I discovered the internet world of sharing songs almost 2 years ago after getting my first computer, which I am still learning. I love almost all kinds of music...... And my life has been enriched a thousand fold after listening the past few years to thousands of independent artists from around the world. I suppose I still mostly fit on the edge of folk, and folk rock, with somewhat lyric heavy songs...... I consider myself a lyric writer first and musician/vocalist second...... (I get by, hee hee)

I am just venturing out now to expose my songs to other sites, as I was just mainly on one site so far, and thought that took too much time anyway, being a competition site, that now has changed and lost most of its appeal for most of us that have been there.......So here I am, new songs just finished and more in the works and looking forward to listening to new and wonderful artists here and meeting others. I have a puppy, 3 cats, birds, fish, plants and a pretty good man..... so I probably ought never complain, but do sometimes, mostly in the bitter part of our winter..... I had a trip of my lifetime in May this year going to and meeting 2 artists that I had met on line.. to Australia, and had a wonderful sharing experience with them and there children, and saw all the sites, animals, and awesome ocean.

Guess thats it..... I can't fill this page with all my training and education (I am self taught) or all the awards I have received and the movies my songs have been use in, so...... happy day.......
