Wow, love the bongo drum - my favourite stuff too (Oops, got too many favourite instruments! Haha!). I am not quite into folk lore stuff but it always a great experience to listen to such celtical song, like reliving the memories of the ancient times. This track has a kind of attitude towards the more soft side, probably that's how folk stuff got its name.
With million of love from Singapore.

When this opened up I expected a 50's kind of ballad, but you produced this. Great set of lyrics. Your vocals sit sublimely over a very haunting backing. This really is an enjoyable track. Nice work

There is a unique quality to your voice which I find very appealing, Cathie. Nicely done tune.

Lovely

I Started later in life than most, writing and recording my own songs, and playing at local events. I live in rural Minnesota with few musical connections until I discovered the internet world of sharing songs almost 2 years ago after getting my first computer, which I am still learning. I love almost all kinds of music...... And my life has been enriched a thousand fold after listening the past few years to thousands of independent artists from around the world. I suppose I still mostly fit on the edge of folk, and folk rock, with somewhat lyric heavy songs...... I consider myself a lyric writer first and musician/vocalist second...... (I get by, hee hee)

I am just venturing out now to expose my songs to other sites, as I was just mainly on one site so far, and thought that took too much time anyway, being a competition site, that now has changed and lost most of its appeal for most of us that have been there.......So here I am, new songs just finished and more in the works and looking forward to listening to new and wonderful artists here and meeting others. I have a puppy, 3 cats, birds, fish, plants and a pretty good man..... so I probably ought never complain, but do sometimes, mostly in the bitter part of our winter..... I had a trip of my lifetime in May this year going to and meeting 2 artists that I had met on line.. to Australia, and had a wonderful sharing experience with them and there children, and saw all the sites, animals, and awesome ocean.

Guess thats it..... I can't fill this page with all my training and education (I am self taught) or all the awards I have received and the movies my songs have been use in, so...... happy day.......
