I am much enjoying this one, hmm maybe as much as love you more, no they are both top notch . Excellent guitar and production is great. You do your own mixing and master? Great Job.

This song is very subtile, with a great job on guitars.

Hey, Chris, I love the soul that's being displayed in this one. The guitar work is outstanding and well orchestrated. One more in a great line up of music...Justin

Well its a great son super performance and fine arrangement. And I dont wish to be derogatory or mean in any manner but in all honesty I dont like the tone of the vocal. To my ear The vocal processor? sounds like its just ruining a fine performance. Maybe you had a cheap microphone for effect I dont know. If so its an effect I dont like or if its real Save saome money and get a better one. If its a digital effect get ride of it.
Your a good singer Id rather you naturally. Vocals are always better when they are pure and are not to difficult to record. I think you should consider that.
But hey maybe Im just jealous I dont have the courage to try and sing. Otherwise a fine song Chris.

Gotta love that country start...love the instruments that go to my folk, country & blues roots. Really like the vocals; most fine range; nifty cool harmonies.
Like the choice of instruments sounding all acoustic, guitars, guitars- tasteful they all are. Cool mandolin; I should take mine out more often,
Great sound all around -fine arranging. Love the gentle lyrics; a love tune. Like the guitar picking. FAB production.
Most genuine feel here...earthy & simply wonderful original work...sounding effortless.
EXCELLENT. Into my faves it goes, Chris.
-Thanks for the pleasure. -Your friend -Vesa.
Guess we're quiet at the moment Chris.Nice spread on the acoustic rythm really filling the ears.I'm drawn by the words you have here they are from the heart and full of sincerity.Delivered well and the harmony works really nicely.Lead solo brief but effective : pause and back it comes unexpected and agian it works well in the context of the song.
Some day another seed will grow.
This could be a father to child song or a love song persay either way its a really nice song Chris .

Guitars are not only excellently played, they are recorded superbly. Love your vocal/harmonies... all around wonderful little track that will wrap the listener up, to be sure. I give this a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My name is Chris Mahon, and I have been playing and recording music for many years. I was born and raised in the US, but have been living in the UK for the past 6 years. I haven't been in a band for awhile now, but have recently started recording in my home studio again. In fact, I was active on the old Mix about 18 months ago.

I have a new song up on my page now, called "(I Won't) Run Away". Please check it out, and review it if you feel like it. I hope to have a few more soon!

I am also an avid listener, so if you are looking for a review just let me know.

All the best,

Chris
