Laid back, excellent guitar. All the instruments make this a truly bluesy sound worth the listen!

Nice interpretation, this is a Jeff Beck backing. The number was written by Beck and Jan Hammer and comes from either the blow by blow or the wired albums. Fraid I'm guilty of using this one live as a blues jam. Once again sweet playing well done.
Glad I found your site all the best

Once again thank you VERY much. I love my rock and blues but I'd play a ballad over them any day of the week.

Another side of you Chris, and another way to charm us with your heavy duty talent. Your sensitivity and interpretation in this piece are amazing. The super phrasing and string bending here are SO communicative. Just awesome! ~Blake

I have been playing guitar since I was 10 and I'm now very old! I teach full-time in local schools and at my home studio. I write lots of material both by myself and in collaboration with people from all over the world. I am primarily a guitarist but also play and teach bass, some keys and program drums using Acid Pro and EZ Drummer...a match made in heaven.

In the 80's I was a member of a heavy metal band called Black Rose and we did a couple of albums and toured the UK and a bit of Europe. A couple of years ago we got the bug again and the original band (minus the bass player) is now finishing up 12 songs for a new album project. All this written and recorded via e-mail. When it's finished we'll probably go the download route rather than cd...they are dead these days ain't they???

As far as any engineering skills...well, I take a pretty direct route in recording and am using stone age gear (Cakewalk 9.0 primarily) so as far as EQ'ing and adding fairy dust with plug-ins, I just don't and that means my songs are not as shiny as they could be. At the moment I'm putting songs up that use backing tracks though I do have some original material (about 15 songs) tho not sure of copywrite etc so until then it'll be this mish-mash...apolgies for that!

As a last note, I'm still finding it impossible to upload anything and so far Daze has been the guy helping me out but I'm sure he's going to get fed up with that! I tried to embed some videos from youtube but that didn't work so here is the main page url...

http://www.youtube.com/user/wahwah666 or simply type wahwah666 into the search engine at youtube.

Cheers.
Chris.
