Another slow funked up 'thing'. The effect on the guitar can make you seasick I'm told! Was just trying it as a sort of 'Lesley cabinet' thing. I like the sound but probably a bit OTT...nevermind! Used an Ibanez 570 I no longer own for this and a PODxt. Backer is someone else's...I DO have my own stuff. Just not sure what to do with it and these tracks are just kinda showcases of what I do and am into. :)

Great guitar work in this as well, very clean finger placement and great melody.

Another tasteful guitar feast. You've got it down my friend. The interpretation displayed here shows how musical you are. And this is a wonderful thing....you rock Chris plain and simple. Heady, emotive and powerful stuff from you. So glad you're here. ~Blake

I have been playing guitar since I was 10 and I'm now very old! I teach full-time in local schools and at my home studio. I write lots of material both by myself and in collaboration with people from all over the world. I am primarily a guitarist but also play and teach bass, some keys and program drums using Acid Pro and EZ Drummer...a match made in heaven.

In the 80's I was a member of a heavy metal band called Black Rose and we did a couple of albums and toured the UK and a bit of Europe. A couple of years ago we got the bug again and the original band (minus the bass player) is now finishing up 12 songs for a new album project. All this written and recorded via e-mail. When it's finished we'll probably go the download route rather than cd...they are dead these days ain't they???

As far as any engineering skills...well, I take a pretty direct route in recording and am using stone age gear (Cakewalk 9.0 primarily) so as far as EQ'ing and adding fairy dust with plug-ins, I just don't and that means my songs are not as shiny as they could be. At the moment I'm putting songs up that use backing tracks though I do have some original material (about 15 songs) tho not sure of copywrite etc so until then it'll be this mish-mash...apolgies for that!

As a last note, I'm still finding it impossible to upload anything and so far Daze has been the guy helping me out but I'm sure he's going to get fed up with that! I tried to embed some videos from youtube but that didn't work so here is the main page url...

http://www.youtube.com/user/wahwah666 or simply type wahwah666 into the search engine at youtube.

Cheers.
Chris.
