This grabbed me by the throat straight off - sort of 70s style jazz rock - slightly flat recording but great power in the performance - the live sound is compelling. Good stuff. ftlpope

<p>Crimson Zephyr is a Classic Rock & Jazz-Rock Fusion bands from Baguio City. They completed an album of rock instrumentals last 2008 and are currently composing songs with new vocalist Byron.<br /><br />Byron is the former frontman of Classic Rock cover band "Gunsmoke". From 2006-2008. They had regular bookings in bars around Baguio and they also performed at the Baguio Convention Center, Woodstock Festival, Redhorse Concert/s, and Panagbenga Festivals. They fronted for The Dawn, Peace Pipe, the Urban Dub, on separate occasions.<br /><br />Musicians Pat, Roy, and Andrew have been together as Crimson Zephyr since the early 90s. They were regular performers at Baguio's Annual Rock Against Drugs (RAD) from 1990-1995. They have also opened for bands such as Eraserheads, Afterimage, River Maya, Rockstar on separate occasions. They recorded a demo album in 1996, and their song "Kabundukan" got airplay in FM radio such as DW HB, etc. Presently, Pat, Roy, and Andrew are instructors in Baguio's premier music school, Musar Music, and are also active in other music-related endeavors.</p>
