This song combines a lot of my influences, including some of my earliest, the TJB. The concept of the song is what would happen if the Tijuana Brass were stranded in Capetown, S.A. and had nothing to do all day except make music? Mike Milillo-Sax, Dave Price-Drums, Mark Bracken-Bass, Dennis Wieand-Hammond, guitar, trumpet, kalimba, percussion

Now here's a great guy I've missed...glad you're here. Love the percussion...and the very expected wonderful brass sound, not often heard here in these parts...soooooo cool mon...has a bit of a tropical influence...a bit of fusion. Great playing weaving the trumpets...nifty neat percussives I am a nut for. Good interplay between the organ and the trumpet. The sax complments the guitar playing so well..what a really neat exchange, well arranged. This is really a fave. So fun and it sounds like you are having fun too. EXCELLENT Music Dennis. Good to hear you, my friend.

Well, what started as a hobby has slowly been growing. And what started as a home studio for my own use has also grown to the point where I've been taking on a lot of different recording projects for others, anything from quickie recordings for copyrighting songs online, to tracking drums, to full blown music projects. I've also been doing a bit of fill in work with a few bands in live situations. The studio is still my musical home and I love the fact that you are free to create something, take your time, and enjoy it. But live has also been enjoyable lately also. So if you're in need of a keys player let me know. Also, if you need some recording done, let me know about that also. Hopefully in the near future there will be a webpage up for the studio to give more specifics but it's being geared toward providing a place with emphasis on creativity and affordability.
