Well I heard about your latest tragedy
How your woman has done you wrong
But there's two sides to every story, man
And it sounds like you brought this on...
Well I heard about your latest tragedy
How your woman has done you wrong
But there's two sides to every story, man
And it sounds like you brought this on
Cause you can't tell a woman you love her
And then chase other women around
At the end of the day, your love means nothin'
Cause bad love affairs come a dime a dozen
Now you might not want to hear this
I know you like I know myself
And if you throw away all your good love
You can't blame it on no one else
Cause a woman can tell when you're playin'
And there's games that she just won't play
At the end of the day, it don't mean nothin'
Cause bad excuses come a dime a dozen
Now your tears are fallin' like snowflakes
Cause your woman is gone with the wind
But if you listened to what I told you
You wouldn't be in this mess you're in
when - you're - ready to try again
Just remember the things I said
Cause at the end of the day, it don't mean nothin'
And broke-down hearts come a dime a dozen

This certainly a Hendrix feel about it, that aside this track just rocks. I like everything about it. Tremendous number well done

Born in Philly at the dawn of the Rock And Roll era, started playing surf music and Hank Williams covers in bars when I was 9 years old. The Beatles showed me that playing in a band was what I wanted to do, and a couple of years later Hendrix showed me how it was done.
Left Philly for New York in 1979, been here since. I've played up and down the East Coast in everyplace from neighborhood bars to major concert venues. Briefly signed to Warner Brothers in the early 90s with a band called Snakeyed Su, and I've released indie CDs with the bands Big Sky and 20FTWide.
The music industry has decided that I'm too old and not glamorous enough to have a record deal, but I really don't a bunch of corporate greedheads to justify my existence as a musician.
I'm currently recording an EP in the Hendrix/Trower style (working title: 'Recovered Memory'), and I'm hoping to get it out there and hit the road in support of it.
