You could be a million miles away
Dancing on a distant sun
Or you could be on another coast
And you'd still be the only one
We may be apart sometimes
We'll...
You could be a million miles away
Dancing on a distant sun
Or you could be on another coast
And you'd still be the only one
We may be apart sometimes
We'll be together when all is done
Cause you're the one who took my heart away
And by your side is where I'm meant to stay
Our love is brighter than a Northern Star
I see it shining though we're far apart
Our love is brighter than a Northern Star
And my love will find you, wherever you are
Well I could be off in another town
Singing' songs until the night is through
And you know that when that time is done
I always come right back home to you
And I might get lost inside myself
But you know that I'm ever true
Cause I can't find my way alone
And your love will always bring me home
Our love is brighter than a Northern Star
I see it shining though we're far apart
Our love is brighter than a Northern Star
And my love will find you, wherever you are

Thanks again to Warren Peese for an exceptional drum track.

I must have missed your page in the past, cause I certainly would've reviewed this one. Cracking track, music is excellent and your vocals are reminiscent of Hendrix in performance. This is one seriously cool piece of music very well done

Born in Philly at the dawn of the Rock And Roll era, started playing surf music and Hank Williams covers in bars when I was 9 years old. The Beatles showed me that playing in a band was what I wanted to do, and a couple of years later Hendrix showed me how it was done.
Left Philly for New York in 1979, been here since. I've played up and down the East Coast in everyplace from neighborhood bars to major concert venues. Briefly signed to Warner Brothers in the early 90s with a band called Snakeyed Su, and I've released indie CDs with the bands Big Sky and 20FTWide.
The music industry has decided that I'm too old and not glamorous enough to have a record deal, but I really don't a bunch of corporate greedheads to justify my existence as a musician.
I'm currently recording an EP in the Hendrix/Trower style (working title: 'Recovered Memory'), and I'm hoping to get it out there and hit the road in support of it.
