In the good ole days I remember jobs I had where there was a power hungry jerk that made everyone miserable at work. Well I moved on but always wanted to do something like buy the company and FIRE the guy who made me quit because of his actions. We all have choices in life and the more education we have the better off we will be. Even maybe earning enough to buy out your Boss and run the company yourself.  Just a thought ....  Anyway .... the Key is become someone who will be respected for your quality of work and not how Powerful You pretend to be.....
