This track reminds me so much of my Grandpa Otto who came to America from Germany. He was a traveling minstrel and could play many instruments including the mouth harp and the violin. Every birthday party he would start to sing happy songs from the old country. Thank for the memory

thanks Farrell...glad you like it!...it is not a polka per se, which is in 2/4 time, but an oberek (pronounced obedik), which is in 3/4 time (similar to waltz time)...
