Song Lyrics
Sitting on the corner of my bed, looking down at my feet thinking I’ve got to cut them nails, while your yelling at me and you are right again that I am...
Sitting on the corner of my bed, looking down at my feet thinking I’ve got to cut them nails, while your yelling at me
and you are right again that I am wrong yes you are right again that I am wrong
The silence is deafening, oh please won’t you yell The silence it hurts my ears, but of that I’m sure you can tell
and I am the same you say, unchanged yes I am the same you say, I remain
and I don’t understand you cause you won’t tell me and I can’t understand you, cause you won’t tell me
Up and down we go and down and down These rare ups we have must be what keeps us hanging round
and we’ve been down for sometime and I guess the fault is mine and we’ve been down for some time and I guess I’ll
. . . learn

This is actually what I was expecting to hear! Sweet tones and interesting arrangement. Excellent. ftlpope

This is a bit different than your other song, Freedom. Again Gordon I like the big snare and in general I like the overall percussive rhythm. Your tasteful use of the acoustic guitar is a big plus to my ears. You have good tone to your voice, just slightly raspy which gives the melody some uniqueness. Again, I enjoyed this listen. You add enough variety to make me want to listen to the end. Nice work!

Gorden Mack has gained critical success as the guitarist for the band Red House Painters. On July 1st, 2010, he released his self-titled debut album which can be heard on his website, www.gordenmack.com.

Gorden Mack consistently blends his song-crafting ability with exceptional guitar work and a great raspy melodic voice. The mix of his voice and guitar create many levels of emotions throughout the album.
