The timing elements in this toon are very kool...as is the playing! I like the fact that you kept it very consistant throughout..ending as you started.
I can hear where this toon could go....(and it's just fine the way it is) mind you.
I enjoyed hearing it in this form. nice finger pickin! nice timing format!

Hey I remember that song ...real good start man ..keep up the good work

I agree with everything that's already been said.
Great start! Please don't abandon it! You don't even have to think of it as soloing. Just think of a melody to play over what you're playing in the background.
Like it alot!

I'm guessing you floated this one as a work on progress. Lyrics. Bass. Drums. Yeah, those things added to the solidm foundation here would really elevate this song. love the melody and your guitar playing on this.
12/16/07 03:58:57PM @surfnorthwest:
The song has a rock soild foundation. I would like to hear some searing guitar leads over that then at the end continue the song by bring in drums and bass and color it with lead guitar.

agreed - very nice finger picking. Some bass would really help this tune stand out more.
Glad you are starting to record!

listen to the toon make me feel, runnin' my system and start to jam. one of this "I-love-it-when-it-never-ends". timing for eternity - envy-worth.
