"If You're Out There" is a great song from John Legend & I like how you put this together. It is a different take, but doesn't take away from the message & passion that this track exudes. You stayed true to the power that this song has. Well done...love this song!

It's no suprise that Jackie Clark is gradually becoming one of the more in-demand bassists/producers throughout the U.S."Growing up in a musical environment at home helped create my passion for music.I didn't realize it until after college" ,the bassist states. I thought I would play pro sports like some of my other friends growing up!"The music world is a better place since he stopped throwing touchdowns as a high school quarterback and picked up the bass!

Though gospel music is his first love,he was eventually hired to groove for some of Old school R&B's biggest names starting with Howard Hewett in 2001.That led to gigs with other male vocalists Keith Washington & Glenn Jones. He's also held the houseband bass chair for legendary artists Dionne Warwick,Jerry Butler,The Emotions,Carl Carlton,Freda Payne,Candi Staton,Gene Chandler,Lenny Williams,Peabo Bryson,Deniece Williams,Russell Thompkins Jr and The New Stylistics,Bonnie Tyler,Dorothy Moore,Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr.,James Ingram to contemporary artists Deborah Cox,Mya, Oscar winners Triple Six Mafia. To this day,he can still be seen with Howard on many occasions as well as supplying a funky groove behind 80's sensation,Shalamar. He also currently holds the bass chair in TV producer David Gest's World Concerts Orchestra throughout the UK.Gest is best known for producing Michael Jackson's 30 Anniversary Special(originally aired in 2001)

His biggest break, however, was landing a 6 week European tour with former J-Records recordng artist,Angie Stone. This tour allowed him to be seen on the international stage and live DVD recordings with her. He states,"Playing with Angie definitely helped me to become visible to the world and I'm grateful for that opportunity!"

Jackie is currently working on the release of his debut instrumental R&B/Jazz cd entitled,"SOULFUL RIDE" that features him not only on bass but piano, and drum programming along with some of his favorite musicians that he's been blessed to work with over the years.Keep an eye out for this rising talent as he is now available for producing full music tracks for artists in most genres! Take a few minutes and listen to his music to see if his production flavor fits your musical needs!
