Combining their influences from metal, rock, country, blues and gospel, LaJune is the hottest Fusion Metal band out of Nashville.

Dark eerie melodies with ripping guitars, have earned them the attention of members of the Nashville Songwriter’s Association International. LaJune is one of the few performers who can not only rock with their full driving band, they are regularly featured at Writer’s Nights in famous Music City venues on the outskirts of Music Row- an irregular feat for a metal band.

LaJune is rapidly rising to the top and has earned their spot as the next best thing coming out of Nashville, Tennessee. Based within the city, audiences of rock, metal and even country are banging heads and creating an energizing buzz by enjoying LaJune’s charismatic stage performances.

The raw energy and passion of LaJune can be seen in their debut album Shades of Darkness which features songs like “Eye for an Eye” about a town they refer to as Helldina. “We find a lot of people can relate to our own personal situations like trusting people to be honest and then getting screwed over by them. That’s pretty much the jist of the album,” says lead vocalist, April LaJune. “All the songs have to do with our own personal experiences and the truth of life.”

LaJune took their own inner feelings and put them into profound lyrics which many of their fans call, “brutally honest. I love it!” Connecting with the audience through songs like “Already Gone” and “Euphoric Salvation” the messages LaJune portrays encourage people to keep sticking to their beliefs regardless of the devastation others try to inflict upon them. “We just want people to know, there will always be someone who tries to drag you down. They aren’t fooling anybody, and you can still stand for what you believe in,” says Tim LaJune, lead guitarist.

In addition to Tim and April LaJune, their band members include:

Kevin McKinney, bassist and guitarist

Tomcat, percussionist

Many bands come and go, it is obvious from the versatility playing between acoustic and full blown instrumentation, the music and lyrics which they constantly astound their audiences with and the energetic performances, LaJune has staying power.
