Matthew Meadows - The Mistress Solo Excerpts

The day I brought home my Les Paul Custom I decided to sit down in front of a video camera and just give the fretboard a workout. Honestly, I wasn't certain I was going to keep it because the darn thing was so pricey, but after a couple hours with it I couldn't put it down. I ended up keeping it and recording both The Turk and Gravity with it.

In this video you'll see about a minute of excerpts or variations on the solo from The Mistress. After that is a couple minutes of riffing, some of which you can expect to hear in my next album. More freestyle noodling follows, and then I crash and burn right at the end.
