<p><span>Music has been part of me since birth. My first rehearsal for voice training was the first cry I did when I was coming out of my mother's womb. Music is everything to me (I AM MUSIC).</span><br /><br /><span>My friends always call me (BEST OF THE BOOTH) My real name is Michael Ashong and more popularly known as MIC YORNY From the greater Accra region, Ghana. I was born in a small town called A</span><span class="text_exposed_show">logboshie and that was where my music life started. At that time i still didn't know...<br /><br />When i was growing up i could sing any copy right song and my brother with his friend brings recorder to record me. I was not knowing its really something that will manifest in my life. At the age of 14-15 I built a drums set with Milo tins and snippers. At that time thought I was just playing not knowing music was me my self. The spirit of music was in me. 1988 was when i started writing my own music. In 1998 a friend of mine and I learned to play drums on our classroom desks.&nbsp;In the same year we moved to christian village where I met my friend (DEE TWO) and I became group, started singing in church, playing drums as well. Since then I kept the fire burning till I heard about MENTOR 2 in 2006&nbsp;and said to my self that I must partake in the audition to try my luck. I went for the audition in eastern region. God has been so good I was among the three that went to the house. The experience was so great...<br /><br />I want to tell my fans that the fire is still burning and this time around greater things. You my fans are the spirit behind me. You have kept me going with full vim. With out you am nothing. You supported me from the day I went to the mentor house. I want you to still have faith in me and I will never disappoint you.<br />My music is full of positive vibe's from deep down my heart.<br /><br />Some of my challenges are to make a big impact in the music industry .<br />and it all depends on my hard work,determination and God's favor.<br />I want my fans to know that am nothing without God .<br />I am really working hard to make an impact and its happening in life.<br /><br />I want you to know three things that have kept me going.<br />1. There is God am a living witness&nbsp;<br />2. Hard work&nbsp;<br />3. Focus with full determination.<br /><br /><br />I am bringing out something different from above to touch broken hearts,<br />to give them hope, by His grace which i urge you all that.
