Song Lyrics
Once in a dream I saw a ragged mantrembling and weeping and a book in his handOut in a field one soul stands alonewith a weight on his back, and his face...
Once in a dream I saw a ragged man trembling and weeping and a book in his hand
Out in a field one soul stands alone with a weight on his back, and his face from his home
He cries... What will I do? What will I do?
Day turns to night turns to day turns to evening and sleep cannot help my heart now
No one is safe and the city is kindling unless some escape can be found
He wants to run but he doesn't see where to go Lost in the field trying to find what he doesn't know He's lost and he's scared and his fear just tears out soul His heart is on fire but he doesn't know where to go

man this is killer! a bit of classical meets rock. Love the vocals on here and the great chanes in the tune. Especially that piano break around 1:45. Fantastic.

Wow, what an ambitious piece this is. You're obvioulsy someone not afraid to step out on the ledge and take some risks with your songs. There is a lot of stuff going on in here, and it's a very complex song, but .... it works. All the pieces fit.
It is one of those songs you want to keep revisiting because you know you'll find something you didn't catch the first or second or sixth time you heard it. Very nice -- loved the arrangement, the contrast of sounds -- the vocals and choir bits, driving guitars, sound effects. Very good.
