This was an attempt at a Brazilian tinged tune using my new Kawai K1 keyboard synth. I was amazed at the time at the sounds used here, double bass, guitar, drums, strings and a patch I tweaked trying to get a soprano sax sound (is that what it sounds like?). I was also amazed at what could be done with a touch sensitive keyboard hence the snare flourishes. This was sent by an Alesis sequencer through an Alesis reverd to a 4 track in about 1990. A distinctly cold northern hemisphere sounding Brazilian tinge. Originally posted in 2008. ftlpope

I like the crisp drumming in this, the drum sound is great.

Interesting combination of sounds which I think give it a kinda upbeat Mediterranean flavour. Perhaps somewhere between Greece and Spain...Monte Carlo, but definetly on the water.
Could be a 60's Europeon movie soundtrack. Kept waiting to hear some sexy female voice such as Edda dell'Orso.
Enjoyable.

What an interesting sound you got here.
wasnt sure exactly what it was...but I liked it.
Like you said, a new keyboard...so Im guessing youre just having a bit of fun.
