I can sign in and out of Mix,create/add songs,pictures,text. But it won't let me log into chat ever while listening or anytime

I am trying to log into the show tonight but it will not allow me to. I can log into the home age but when I attempt to log into the chat it keeps telling me it is the incorrect name, email or password.
Can anyone help?

The site will not allow me to create a new account
I tried but not working
The site is not sending my password reset to my email either
same as my page but I tried even a new sign in with new name and password but nothing
However I am getting your emails from this conversation. Very strange
