I applaud you Eric for being able to write and record this song in one day! That's only happened to me once and it's makes the song special...like this one! I only knew Dave through his time at Mixposure but with that limited exposure, I'm certain he would have liked this song. The melody and music are very catchy but the darker lyrics make it a serious listening experience. The section where the lead guitar and your vocal line up brings forth a momentary bit of jazz scatting (think George Benson) which is well worth the price of admission...well done!
