Now, now...we're all agreed the man is brilliant. I'll be the first one in line when it becomes available in my local record store. But I stand by my comments - I think this particular one is a work in progress.

Nice. Perhaps a bit too much tonal variety toward the end. Also, I think it could benefit greatly from a more grand string arrangement. You started in that direction and then seemed to quickly back away from it as soon as it grasped the listener's attention. I'd consider turning the drums down a little, or perhaps a less present tone in the mix on that second snare. I do like the subtle roll on the first snare (I don't know if that was intentional or part of a sample, but it adds a nice feel).
Sweet,sensual and brilliant.....A great chord proggression . Super smooth jazz type vibe I get.

This has so much great guitar going for it. The slide work is done beautifully. You go on a nice mellow trip when listening to this song. Again, Recorded & performed at a very high PRO level. Chrickon knows what he's doing when he hit's the record button. (Either that or he spent a lot of money at a studio : )
