Really good rock song. Especially since I think Goodbye sounds better in rock!(Depending on the circumstances). Guitar sounds great. Nice playing! Excellent lyrics. Vocals are really good for this piece too! So, "Bye, Bye, Baby", is an all around great track in my book.

Love the rhythm feel right at the start...good guitar playing, very nifty acoustic at your side, sounds so good through my headsets. Your vocals are DYNAMIC, very fine range & tone. Good lyrics; says it like it is..."Bye, bye baby, I'm gone"...then the guitar shoots off the runway...quick licks, not looking back feel...Darn good playing. Love the sound levels all around. FAB production. Impressive tune...well written composition. Catchy; really sticks in my head. Like the way the acoustic just plays alone, then the electric is in there soaring ahead...with EXPRESSION ever more. So good. Love this.

Hey all. Just thought I'd thow my 2 cents in. I wrote the music for this song withint the first week of buying my Ovation. It was actually one of the easiest tunes I've ever written. It just kind of fell together in one afternoon. I recorded all the instruments in my living room on a Fostex MR8-HD. Very nice little hard disc recorder. I did the final mix using Sonar 4 Pro. BTW...if you are interested in what I've been up to lately, I'm in a band with some veteren rockers getting ready to release our first CD. You can hear snippets of some of the tunes here:

Great song and guitar work.....reminded me of old Fleetwood Mac (Bare Trees era) and that's real good in my book. That was my fav FM period. Excellent balance of acoustic and electric gtrs and the vocals spot on. Thanks!!! ~Blake
