Randy Cline - Bass, Keyboards, Harp
I'm not truly content with the final mix on this.

Yeah the mix could use a re-visit but a good song nonetheless. I can hear passed that and still dig the good songwriting!

really nice vocals and acoustic guitar. simple
and effective. I like the strings in the background.
and I really like the lyrics. well done. [I would add
a little echo to the last word in each verse, but I
do sh1t like that ]

I grew up during the hootenanny period and have always been a bit of a folkie at heart. I like this song a lot. Nice blend of acoustic and simple vocals. Nice chordings.

I was born and raised in Westerly, Rhode Island. As a teenager in the 1960s, I grew up with the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Dylan, Clapton, John Mayall and far too many others to mention here, who were a part of the British musical invasion upon the United States.
The British music of the 1960s simply added another twist and dimension to the world of Rock & Roll, Blues, and Jazz here in the U.S.
Everyone I knew in the 1960s was involved in a teenage band, myself included. I enjoyed playing with a few school chums who pursued music as a professional endeavor, some of whom have been very successful and well known and recognized throughout the world for their musical achievements.
I chose a different road and for many years I continued to play weekly with my band mates close to home.
These days? I am just an older guy, writing, recording at home and collaborating with a few newer friends I have made along the way, and I also collaborate with my wonderful daughter, Jocelyn......songwriter, singer, and guitarist.
