I wanted to try and come up with a track that sounds in the style of Django Reinhardt & Stéphane Grappelli. Some of the guitar lines were tricky and the violin is out of East West Virtual Instruments so played on my keys. The guitar is just my cheap little Spanish thing I've had for a hundred years. Thanks for listening.

I'm back for another listen to this pro guitar picking in the Django style and it's just as good as the first time I was here! I'm do glad Ron Bowes directed me to your site. You're a fantastic musician!

Very upbeat, happy and oh so cool!
Super guitar picking! It reminded me of Django Reinhardt's gypsy style of playing. Fine playing!

What a performance! Everything you do on that guitar is stellar! This tune just swings and has a bit of a Greek feel in places. Almost like your playing a mandolin. Fine piece of music.

I am a singer/songwriter living in Sydney, Australia and I write, record and produce my music in my own home studio. The genre of my songs I guess would be called alternative but with a traditional base influence coming from rural blues, folk and country. Most of my songs are acoustic in nature and I play all the instruments myself, including guitars, keys, banjo, mandolin and blues harp. Lyrical content of my songs vary between quasi-political, social commentary and of course the inevitable love songs. In earlier years I worked as a full time gigging/touring musician and also as a session musician in various studios in the UK and Australia. During this time I was fortunate enough to work with some quite well known artistes; some of whom did not know a semi-quaver from a semi-trailer but were good musicians non the less.
