Thanks to all of you for your comments, feedback, and advice. I truly appreciate it.
And, the funny thing is, the bass and low end was intentional after the fact. I belong to many music sites and many FaceBook music groups. A friend of mine through one of these is a steel guitar player and has toured with many of the big names. He listened to the first version out of Tascam and said that it was a too "shreeky". I asked what he meant. He said it needed more mids and low end. So that's what I did. Maybe I added too much. But it has become very apparent to me that what sounds right to one person may not be quite right to somebody else. So I'm not sure how to handle these type issues. I guess just try to find some sort of middle ground?? But then....how??
