I was just waiting for Sandra's voice to pop up, out of the hypnotizing New Age feel... I was looking for the escential velvet of her beautiful voice... But Sandra is also an instrumentalist with a great sense of mystic variances...
We need more of your songs Sandra...
You started this magic. Yo MUST continue.... Now!!!!!!

'Essentia', neat name, -love the piano, Gotta like it's smooth flow with nice dynamics...fine sound on the complimenting guitar. Well arranged. Easy going drums & solid bass groove,;all in all a well balanced production.
Really like that wah,wah...nifty texture added. Good build up slowly done. Fine,most fine production.
Thanks for the pleasure. It's been awhile (been busy in northern Canada away from home teaching) Back now just in time for some cool positive chnages in the music sites.
Take care Sandra. Hugs. :wink -Vesa

Hi Sandra;
I love the piano staring it off here; very soulful; with a bit of guitar in the back in a funky motion. Nothing more wonderdful than a well arranged piano piece. Most relaxing, dreamy. This is well produced. Kept simple -it's sounds like there is more than there is...if yu know what I mean. Most likeable. A fave instrumental for me today. Thanks for the pleasure.

Great groove to this instrumental track. I liked Di Carlo's analogy of a stone skipping across water. It fits the track. Excellent piano work. Nice smouldering tone to the guitar and a deep fat bass sound. All round quality track that makes great listening. Nice one.
<p><strong>Supporting two solo CD releases</strong>, and Founder/owner of <strong>Music e-zine IndieByte.com</strong>, Sandy is an independent singer, songwriter and composer from St. Louis... her original songs draw life from the rich crosscurrents of <strong>acoustic folk-rock, pop, and jazz music.</strong> The result is vibrant, current, original music with an emotional and timeless feel...her unique approach to this voyage of fantasy is a solo act that continually ascends. In an interview and review of her album, <strong>The Renegade wrote:</strong> "Sandra Phillips brings a unique sound and vision to the St. Louis music scene, and to the national New Age scene at large. She is worthy of industry attention."</p>
