Prison of Love
I'm restrained by this chains of love,
bound up and tied
can't escape the love train
but I wouldn't try
I'm happy willing pris'ner

I'm restrained by this chains of love,
bound up and tied
can't escape the love train
but I wouldn't try
I'm happy willing pris'ner
serving sentence day and night
A verdict has been given
thres no reprise in sight
You're a captor with a heart of gold
and a smile to die for,
a Cleopatra centerfold
a dancing queen
You're a captor with a heart of gold
and a smile to die for
You take me places
that I've never been before
The charge was makin you feel good
the sentence was more time with you
and I'm far from complainin
the punishment fits the crime
repeat verse 1
Bridge
I'm on the inside of a prison of love
I'm on the inside of a prison of love
I'm sayin goodbye
cause I'm staying in the prison of love

I change a bit of the words, and the title really fits the meaning of the song. I hope you dont mind Carol.

Fine tune...like the rhtyhm....good lyrics, of course by a fave composer. Like the guitar work. Good expressive singing; could be up a tad...but makes up for it with an emotive feel. Good percussion & bass.
GREAT! -Your friend. -Vesa.

This reminds me -- I've got to get crackin' on something for these lyrics.
Nice arrangement and progression around the lyrics. I'm not saying you are a dead-ringer for Neal Young, vocally, but there is something in your voice or delivery that kind of reminds me of him on this. For the record, I like Neal, so that's not a bad thing!
