Inside of my head I picture things I need to do

The rough edges of a thought waiting silent for a cue

Start to feel a vibe, notes trying to break free

Take control of a sound building up inside of me

Let the music break out feel the joy run wild

Feel the sound all around that’s the stuff that makes me smile

Short walk to the stage full of nervous energy

The crowd shouts their delight waiting for the count of three

The burst of musical noise fills the breathing air

The mic full of your voice with the things you want to share

Bodies move to the sound big riffs and harmonies

The music lives and breathes happiness is plain to see
