Song Lyrics
You Don't Understand (Whats on my mind)
Copyright 2005 Dan Epp
If I seem to act little strange to youAnd my mind it seems is miles awayMaybe I'm just...
If I seem to act little strange to you And my mind it seems is miles away Maybe I'm just pondering the world around Or maybe I'm just having too much fun
Chorus: You don't understand where I go inside my head No you don't understand whats on my mind
I might be playing in a rockin' band A big star thats for sure. You'll never know Or maybe I'm just staring at the clouds above And wondering why I exist at all
Chorus: You don't understand where I go inside my head No you don't understand whats on my mind
Mr. Mittys taught me well Guess I'll slip, into another Day.. Another Day dream
Staring thru the window of illusion now Making all the best of everyday Life without these dreams of being more than me I'd never get beyond the one I am
Chorus

Starting Over is the solo artist project name I decided on when I decided to start playing and writing music again after some 18+ years. I play gutiar, bass, a bit of keyboards, and am learing to play the drums currently and sing. My music falls into primarily the Classic Rock genre, from Acoustic too fairly Hard Rock. Most of the music I have now is new recordings of songs I wrote in the 70's & 80's along with a few brand new ones. I hope you enjoy the music and thank you for listening. Dan
