Mark brings up some valid points. Is everything in here panned directly in the center? I would split the guitar out left and right a bit more and give your vocals more space.
This kind of reminds me of some of the acoustic stuff Cobain did back in the day. I think your vocals work and the guitar sounds good. Fix the mix up a bit and this one will shine.

This is a nice effort. you have a good tonal quality on the guitar. You voice comes across well. The lyrics are quite gritty. In a few places the guitar does overpower your vocals. That aside good song.
