StopMusic: Dean Heilmann Words: Sudra KayeAnother morning coming down on meAnother day to get throughI hear you, know you,But,Can’t seem to find you yetCant...
Another morning coming down on me Another day to get through I hear you, know you, But, Can’t seem to find you yet Cant seem to put you off my mind
Afternoon creepin’ past my window Trying to get myself around Tell myself it’s over I just won’t think of you Lyin to myself dying to myself all alone In my quiet moments I feel it’s never going to stop
Angel Voices singing in my head again Feel the fire within Hear you calling at my window in the midnight But I want to know you in the light Don’t know how to keep believeing In something I cant see Talking to myself Walking with myself All Alone And all around me is darkness That feels it’s never gonna stop
(solo break)
One more endless evening sinking Into the flatlines of my head Am I crazy? Do you really understand? Am I on my way home? How do I get to you? How do we come together? Is there some big master plan? (plan) Something deep within me recognizes you And I’m giving into you getting into me over the drone But it’s building up inside me Feels it’s never going to Stop

Very nice indeed, not quite blues in the true expression of the genre, but that's no issue. Vocals remind me of Paul Carrack, clean and very expressive. Musically this is well balanced with a mood to match the lyrics. An enjoyable listen well done

Welcome to MIXPOSURE!!!! I saw "Ed Drury" as FAVE Artist and I had to listen. Ed does some fantastic music. HEY!!! I really enjoyed this track.....your vocals remind me of somebody and DARN!!!.....his name escapes me, at the moment. He was popular in the 80's and sang solo and with Mike Rutherford's solo project. ANYWAY!!! Really like the feel and mood of this song. Nice blues with a pop-crossover. Vocals are done with great emotion.
