Amazing musicianship and production. So much to the track, so many interlocking styles. Maybe too much to get your head around on one listen, so I'll listen again!! Excellent pro stuff! very, very enjoyable.
Cheers

Outstanding overall sound quality through-out, the intro guitar sound, timing and overall effect were sublime, truly excellent(I really mean that). Now for the IMO constructive critical stuff-
The arrangement seemed a little disjointed specifically at how the various changes fit together. When the vocal entered I did not like it, it didnt "grab" me. I had to wait to realise that this is an excellent singer. Perhaps starting the vocal track sooner or later. I didnt get a sense of lyrical melody.
Placing something, the heavy intro chordal guitar tone perhaps, constant, consistent and steady, subtly somewhere in the mix might help carry the listener through and unify the composition. I thought the power chord guitar, although executed perfectly could have been slightly "heavier" in the mix and I wanted it to sound like the guitar in the introduction. This might have made the song less middle of the road sounding and had given it unity and resolution. The funky parts were great!

I've felt the Alan Parsons touch - his style of classic band arrangement - right from the start, and the vocal was so familar to me... oh yes, Kate Cassidy. And Mike Burn is responsible. Now everything is clear... What a fine funky sound pleasure. Mike & Friends - please don't change anything. Thank you so much for sharing your fine new tracks with us!
