9/13/07 Almost ready to come in from the cold...

<p>Well, I have some good news and I have some bad news...</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The good news is that I have a new song posted since the last time I made a Blog entry.&nbsp; The bad news is that even though it&#39;s not finished, I think it&#39;s done being worked on.&nbsp; The tune I was doing with FP is called Reach Out and it&#39;s posted.&nbsp; Unfortunately, FP lost some files for it, and I lost my way (and inspiration) for it.&nbsp; So, there is new music, but it&#39;s not as good as it could have been.&nbsp; I was thinking of hiring as full orchestra.&nbsp; I was going to have FP singing a full-out duet with Faith Hill.&nbsp; And... and... Uhhh....</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Okay, maybe not, but I did have more ideas for it (think Theremin, maybe a Sitar-esque track, &nbsp;and it needed a real drum track).&nbsp; But coulda, shoulda, woulda is no way to go through life.&nbsp; So, I&#39;ll take my bruises for giving up on the tune and move on.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Go listen to the new tune and let me know what you think.&nbsp; I&#39;ve posted some of my older tunes for the time being - go have a listen as they will surely disappear once I get The Donster Project machine&nbsp;fired up&nbsp;again&nbsp; <img src="/include/tiny_mce/../../images/smilies/face-wink.png" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" width="16" height="16" /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Still working on the tune with WildHoneyPie.&nbsp; That will be finished/posted in the not-so-distant future.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
