3 years ago I was surprised to learn that I had been nominated and added to the ranks of the USA Blues Hall of Fame. I also joined the US National Women In Blues Organisation. And yesterday the WIB invited me to be on the official Team/Committee!! Honored to be the only non- American in the governing body. Wow!!

I just uploaded a new song 'Let You Go'. This song sprang from some lines shared wtih me by Gene Smith - sensitive, poetic and quite moving I thought. And I heard the song immediately, and also immediately I heard the remainder of the lyrics this song was trying to convey.
Gene liked my additions, and so the song began to insist on being born - so here it is.
