People may know that I have my own radio network where I do lots and lots of radio shows from blues to world music to interviews around the world. I don't podcast any of my music shows. Why? Because I'm not comfortable with in effect giving away other musicians' music. Just my choice. If my listeners miss my shows, then they miss my shows. Recently I found this link giving the legal standpoint on Podcasting and if you care to spend an hour reading it all, it really is ( like the laws on royalties and copyrights also are) very complex.
